Theodore Wafer, the man convicted of shooting and killing Renisha McBride on his front porch in 2013, was re-sentenced to 15-30 years in prison on Wednesday.
Theodore Wafer, who is in prison for killing Renisha McBride on the porch of his Dearborn Heights home in 2013, received a 15-30 year sentence during re-sentencing.
In an opinion released Wednesday, the court said Theodore Wafer should not have been punished for both second-degree murder and statutory involuntary manslaughter.
