Maybe thats something you can do or pander for some change between the hours of nine and 11 people seem to be a little more willing to give because they havent spent all their money maybe on the booze yet. We can take a little bit of money from the general fund and increase it next year so were not asking a lot during the midyear budget process to do a supplemental right now and weve actually had a budget process around around thats been in place for years every year ive been working at city hall since 2005 the Nonprofit Organizations have talked about the cost of doing business and weve had discussions going on forever.
