Residents of the plush Royal Alfred Marina in Port Alfred will not require an environmental impact assessment before building in the sought-after gated residential estate on the banks of the Kowie River. The Makhanda high court on Tuesday set aside a decision by the Ndlambe Municipality that it would not consider or approve any building applications on the marina without an environmental impact assessment.
