A 19-year-old woman was accosted by a robber who took her cell phone after midnight yesterday in the 2000 block of Wesley Avenue.
BATTERY

Jacqueline Leslie Avila, 20, of 228 Asbury Ave., was arrested at that address at 4:46 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.
2209 Howard
Devonier O. Casey, 28, of 8306 Keating Ave., Skokie, was arrested at 2209 Howard St. at 9:40 p.m. Sunday and charged with domestic battery.
1817 Foster
Carlton A. Johns, 34, of 1817 Foster St., was arrested at that address at 5:18 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.
