If you live on the Isle of Dogs, you should have got a polling card by now for the Isle of Dogs – Neighbourhood Planning Referendum.

You are voting to approve a plan written by residents of the Isle of Dogs.
Their Neighbourhood Planning Forum is approved by the council but independent of it. The plan contains new planning policies which developers have to meet in order to get permission to build - if they fail to do so, their application can be rejected.
