and, you know, if it s the campaign finance, that s fine. you know, we ve been although for the last two years, it s been russia. so, i think that they have to sort of, you know, work through what it is. but can i say, there were a couple of nuggets in cohen s testimony that nobody has talked about yet. please! which i want to bring up. first, the trump foundation. you know, he has this testimony, amazing testimony, about this $60,000 painting that trump wants, a portrait of himself, and he has a fake bidder bid on it at a hampton auction, he uses the foundation to reimburse the fake bidder and he takes it for himself. clear-cut abuse of a tax-exempt charity. the other one is his tax returns. nobody s really talking about that, but there was a nugget in cohen s testimony about how cohen about how trump showed him at one point about a $10 million irs tax refund that trump got in 2008. now, we ve never heard about

closed doors before the senate on tuesday, house intelligence on wednesday, but thursday he s going to testify before the house oversight and government reform committee. this one is going to be a public hearing. this committee revealed a long list of the approved topics co-sen going co cohen is going to cover during his testimony before i go back to my guests. cohen is expected to discuss debts and payments related to influence the 2016 election. trump s compliance with financial disclosure requirements, trump s compliance with campaign finance laws, and trump s compliance with tax laws. he ll also address trump s potential and actual conflicts of interest, his business practices and the accuracy of the president s public statements. he s going to talk about business dealings related to the trump international hotel in washington, d.c., and potentially fraudulent or inappropriate practices by the trump foundation as well as public efforts, this is important, by the president and his a
interest, a detailed look at the president s business practices, the accuracy of the president s public statements, any potential fraudulent or inappropriate practices by the trump foundation, and public efforts by the president and his attorney to intimidate mr. cohen or others not to testify. he joined the organization back in 2006 and he had been working closely with the president ever since. joining me now, ken dela arkdil. he knows trump well and she a well established liar. that is right, he will have to clear up the lie that s he told to the house and senate intelligence committee about the time with that trump tower moscow deal and answer other questions they have. what they may say to the
right? i think he s going to start at the beginning, when he started working at the trump organization. more than a decade ago, and he s going to lay out in great detail what it was actually like to work for donald trump. all of the good, the bad and the ugly. he s not going to hold back. as we ve seen, he is really, really eager to cooperate with whoever he can cooperate with including congress because he wants a reduced jail sentence and still an opportunity to do that. one of the reasons he s still cooperating with federal investigators who are looking into the trump organization, the trump foundation, et cetera. i really think we re going to see a no-holds-barred michael cohen hearing especially because he s been so burned by the president. we have to remember that the president tried to intimidate him and bully him out of testifying in this hearing in the first place. so i think he s going to stay far away from the special counsel investigation. that s already agreed upon by the c
