see, 157, received an f rating. this is really the stuff you have to keep in mind. how many a s and how many f s. by the tea party wave in 2010 only 32 democrats were awarded as. 144 received fs. you can see yet fewer democrats fell into the middle grades. they were either getting as or fs. in 2012 with prm obama s re-election, still fewer democrats got as only 22 compared with 152 who were receiving fs. in 2014, only eight democrats got a ratings while 158 were given f ratings. more and more democrats began trickling down through the middle grades. when president obama was elected on a platform that invoked rights, only four democrats got as, 182 fs. only a handful in the middle
