wall structure. web the eye wall has the winds very intense right around it. the further you go away from it, the intense wind gusts start to step down just a bit. further north there. you have these bands. as we were seeing earlier with stephanie and her live shot, things will get quiet for a little while, then another band will come in. you get the flag flapping there. you can get wind gusts 50 to 60 miles per hour, and the rain is pouring, and it looseness up the root system of the trees. as we head into the day tomorrow, monday, tuesday, the storm system doesn t move, it does a loop. it s putting down so much rain over this area, basically it acts kind of like the ocean. so the storm system doesn t weaken like you see with tropical systems. that s the concern with flooding. you re starring to see the flash flood warnings pop up.
