Jonnel Estomo(PNA photo by Avito Dalan) MANILA - The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said all systems are in place to secure the "Balik Eskwela 2022" as they conducted a successful simulation exercise on Saturday at various schools/learning institutions in Metro Manila. The NCRPO covers five districts the Manila Police District (MPD), Quezon City Police District (QCPD), Northern Police District (NPD), Southern Police District (SPD) and Eastern Police District (EPD). In a statement on Sunday, NCRPO acting chief Brig. Gen. Jonnel Estomo said Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky, deputy regional director for operations inspected the situation in the MPD while Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo, deputy regional director for administration, randomly checked the NPD.
