brian: why would you reelect anybody that just doesn t have an agenda that is just there to stop the president. for example, they have goals, too. is it infrastructure? is their goal to raise taxes? whatever it is, they can t do it as long as the government is shutdown. steve: look, brian, a lot of them got elected to you do, this to resistth president. and now think are doin they are. ainsley: listen to journalists and reporters there, they would make you believe that the rest of the world or the rest of our country agrees with nancy pelosi. our audience when we started the show how many think the president shouldn t do the state of the union and listen to nancy pelosi. no one agreed with nancy pelosi. they all want the president to continue doing this even people furloughed said please, president, press on. rush limbaugh had this to say. can i tell you, folks, if president trump can hang in there, if he can hang in there and not go wobbly, he can win this.

[cheers and applause] steve: you know, we have been doing this show for over 20 years. this is the first time. we have taken the show out to you over the last couple years we have done the diner shows where we take the program to you. today you are actually coming to us. a couple weeks ago we said who would like to come? all these folks filled out forms. they had no idea they would have to get up at 2:00 in the morning to be here. brian: let s be fair to ainsley 20 years ago she was in fifth grade. ainsley: i was telling brian i was like gosh, if i were in a studio audience 20 years ago here at fox & friends, i would have been so excited. we love y all.
