it s a military town as the major pointed out. what is the process for rounding them up? so first steps will be to identify the suspects that actually assaulted the marines on that particular evening. from that point, once it s confirmed, the investigators will pursue those individuals and take them in to custody. trace: you talk about a beach town like san clementi. this is youth violence. doesn t pertain to san clementi. it s youth violence on the rise. look at the homicides involving juveniles. 2020, the last year we have stats for. 1,100. then you move on and you talk about youth violence on the rise. homicides committed by juveniles alone. 390 back in 2019. the numbers continue going up. what is happening here, sergeant? are you guys doing research on this? what is happening in san clementi and around the country?
