those areas. joining me on the phone is dawn parsigian, a resident of normandy beach, new jersey, don, with a good morning to you, why did you decide to someday and what s it like where you are right now? it s windy, 40 to 50 miles per hour and the tide is starting to come in, at both the ocean side and the bay side. so the roads are starting to flood here. there s no place for the water to drain. it normally drains into the bay and into the storm drains. so it s going to get interesting as the next couple of hours pass with the high tides. what s been your gravest concern? the wind, quite honestly. the water has not been bad, too bad here. but there s been no damage that i can see. i was out earlier this morning, it looks like there s some wires down, different places, i can t tell if they re power lines or cable lines, but there are some lines down.
