Saugatuck child predator sentenced and last updated 2021-01-14 18:03:04-05 SAUGATUCK, MICH. — The Michigan State Police (MSP) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force announced the sentence of Justin Williams, 26, of Saugatuck, on charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) and Child Sexually Abusive Material (CSAM). On Jan. 11, 2021, Williams pleaded guilty to first degree CSC and was sentenced to 18 years 9 months to 50 years. Williams also pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of CSAM and was sentenced to 7 years 11 months to 25 years. Initiated by the Fifth District Computer Crimes Unit, Williams was found to be in possession of CSAM. Additionally Williams was found manufacturing CSAM.
