In Gemert is onrust ontstaan over een geheime raadsvergadering in juli. Die raadsvergadering ging over de ontwikkeling van het kasteel in Gemert. Daar komen onder meer appartementen, een hotel en een restaurant. Ook de omgeving van het kasteel wordt ontwikkeld, zo komen er woningen en een parkeerplaats.
