it s very complicated and i think a byproduct will be that the house intel committee has lost its ability to work together and that s a huge loss for our national security. heidi, you ve been reporting on what the next steps are and the next steps are at some point adam schiff said the counsel will present this to the judiciary committee and they will begin writing articles of impeachment. that has not been clear that that s the conclusion because in theory they have to go through this report but i think we can now surmise that that s going to happen. what you re reporting on is that there are some differences and i don t know whether this is amongst members of the judiciary committee or in the democratic caucus about whether to bring in things having to do with the mueller report into an article of impeachment. give me the context. the mueller report would only be included in the context of obstruction of justice. my reporting is that what you re going to see here most likely
