As we think about that and think about our skillsets, in new york city alone, our Public High School Graduation Rate is at 70 . But the readiness of our students for college and careers is only assessed at 37 . As we look at the pace of change, we look at the Digital Transformation we all see in business in the marketplace, and look at the skills, this disconnect between what employers need and what our students are coming into our work forces are prepared to deliver.
