privately preparing for a critical first debate, a big question that we re running into from people is which biden will they see at thursday s cnn presidential debate, which will be simulcast here on fox? one of them shows their age and raises big questions about his fitness to serve. the other seems more alert like he did at this year s state of the union address. i m harris faulkner and you are in the faulkner focus. a look at some of the rules for thursday, which may make a difference depending on which version of joe biden shows up. there will be no live audience. so no distractions. and no input. other than the co-moderators. no consulting with campaign aides during commercial breaks. no props or prep notes. we know that joe biden as president has carried such notes. both candidates microphones will be muted when it is not their turn to talk. no interjection. sometimes good questions come from each candidate. president biden is spending a week, as i said, privately pr
