You cant eliminate a program without permission from congress because they set up departments, Cabinet Level departments. This one is scary because its so outrageous. Theres another one thats close to trump that has a bunch of people that worked in the White House that are also doing the same thing and before the election will probably have two or three more Transition Groups identified. Will have two or three, four, maybe, and then the regular Transition Group will be put together and theyll all pile on and try to influence the ongoing transition. But this one is just crazy.
