The Prince Edward Island Harness Racing Industry Association (PEIHRIA) has announced the recipients of the inaugural PEI Matinee Racetrack Development Program Bursary, sponsored by Bill and Denise Andrew of Meridian Farms.
It was a program order start but Share The Moment improved on her starting position to win the Saturday (Dec. 17) afternoon feature at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.
