jon: democrats say bunning s actions highlight a pattern of republicans getting in the way of even the most popular measures. bunning, who is retiring at the end of his term, says he wants to vote for the legislation but first he wants to know how democrats plan to pay for the $10 billion it will cost. general motors announcing a major recall to fix the power steering in more than a million compact chevrolets and pontiacs sold in north america. jenna lee has more from the fox business network. what does the company have to say about this one, jenna? reporter: the company said during a press conference they are not going to be selling these cars that include the cobalt and certain models of the pontiac as well until they fix this power steering issue and apparently what s happening, when drivers are slowing down in these cars, to maybe 15 miles per hour, they re actually losing their power steering. and if any of you out there have ever driven a car without power steering, you kno
