Despite the fact that we're already past the midway point in July, there is still plenty of Summer left! So, with the time we have left, how about we get a load of the fact that there are three spots in the Berkshires that are being called the 'Best Spots for Summer Fun in Western Massachusetts'!
When you think of Massachusetts, there's a good chance the first city, town, or region you would think of is Boston, Cape Cod, Salem, Cambridge, or Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard. There are definitely lots of other great spots throughout the state that I'm leaving out. But what about some of those other places around the Bay State that don't necessarily get the notoriety. Those are the more underrated places around the state. It just so happens that the Berkshires is home to not one, but four of those spots.

Sometimes, while in Massachusetts, when you want to get away, you really don't have to go that far to find a great place for it. Luckily, the New England region is a destination that's full of spots to visit out of pure luxury. Along with that, there are some spots that would make for a staycation that people in other parts of the country would be envious of. As it turns out, Massachusetts has two of those spots that would be amazing for anyone to stay at!
While we've definitely had more than our fair share of precipitation in the Berkshires this Summer, we're still only about half way through the season, so, for time when it feels more seasonal, you can make plans for some potential travel. That being said, it would also be a nice time to just chill. As it just so happens, the Berkshires is home to three of the best small towns in all of Massachusetts to chill out.
