TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) â The Leon County Sheriff s office has arrested a man suspected in the murder of a victim on Pecan Road exactly one year ago.
Cleveland McNair was arrested on Tuesday for the murder of a man who was found shot to death on the morning of Jan. 13.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Conner called police on the night of January 9, 2020 to ask them to remove the victim, who has not been publicly identified by police, from her apartment, however, officers were unable to do so as they determined he had established residency at the apartment and would need to be evicted.
