Is Larry Ferguson who has got many connections to this project and to all of us. And we have conversations and on the way to muni and sometimes we have a lot of time. I didnt say that. Larry has been a force for Affordable Housing for many years. I think this is a project that is very near and dear to his heart. He is here representing the department of housing and urban Development Without whom we wouldnt have this project because they played such an incredible role. As the mayor said its really its too bad we dont have any current appropriations for rental subsidies for new projects like this.
