NCE’s Future of Water conference has been confirmed as a free virtual half day event on 7 September with a focus on the latest Sewerage Sector Guidance.
In partnership with Polypipe, the event will give an update on the approach each water company in England is taking on application of the guidance, which was launched in April last year.
“The new Sewerage Sector Guidance came into force on 1 April 2020 but the normal industry approach of running developer days and roadshows to disseminate the details and for the industry to gain understanding of how to best use the guidance was not possible due to the pandemic,” said NCE editor Claire Smith. “The approach is quite different to past guidance and there is variation from water company to water company in how it is being applied.
