SRINAGAR: In a major breakthrough, Jammu and Kashmir police in Baramulla on Wednesday claimed to have arrested nine drug smugglers and recovered 1.78 kgs of contraband Heroin like substance along with cash amounting Rs 69.20 lacs from Nambla, Isham & Bandi Uri areas of Baramulla.
