PANO – The Coast Guard Region 3 Command, in coordination with the Ba Ria - Vung Tau provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization and other relevant organs, implemented the “Coast guards stand side-by-side with fishermen” program on May 21 in Long Dien district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.
