Travis County commissioners declared a public health crisis on Tuesday in response to the surging number of drug overdose deaths in the Central Texas region.
The Texas Harm Reduction Office held a rally and marched to Ted Cruz’s office in Austin to ask for him to support harm reduction services, rather than ending them.
