And last night i was so happy that new yorkers went on, and had their halloween parade, which is an incredibly wonderful celebration of that spirit. This is all about the response and making sure we can do swift water rescue and support our local partners in doing so. Femas priority right now given that this is such a large, lifethreatening situation. Fema is not typically a First Responder in this situation, but we do have we have amassed a large support capability in the form of people, personnel, and equipment. My job is to amass the forces of the federal government to work down through our state and local partners. States capacity to deal with the issue has been overwhelmed, we come in to fill the gaps. We are already organizing federal partners. For example, we have assigned the coast guard to do search and rescue. They have been actively supporting the search and rescue Mission Underway in Harris County and other counties over the past 48 hours
