8 00 oclock this morning at the height of the morning rush. Septa tells us all of those passengers were in philly by 9 40 this morning. Initially they had buses running from the glenside station to warminster and then again as i mentioned the trains started running but that wasnt in time for a lot of passengers that we talked to voicing their frustration over all of this. Again, septa telling us as they now have a cause for those downed wires. Well hear from them.
