Multiple agencies came together at the Huntsville Police Department to welcome Sgt. Kyle Dockery back including the Sherriff’s Department, Emergency Medical Services, and the Fire Department.
“An officer just ran around the corner and said, ‘I need help.’ You know, immediately told me, reach for this tourniquet, and help me put this on,” Joshua Rael said.
