The truck reportedly came onto the pavement and plowed into anyone the driver could seat and ran over people trying to get away. Witnesses reported the driver also shot into the ground as people were running away. French police flooded the area and officers reportedly exchanged gunfire with the truck charter and the driver was killed according to a police official.
