Aashritha, who hails from Kollegal and did her engineering from MVJ College of Engineering in Bengaluru, was part of the 43rd Flight Test Course of Aircraft and Systems Testing Establishment (ASTE). She recently graduated from the Air Force Test Pilots School (AFTPS) which is part of the ASTE, a premier unit of the Indian Air Force ( IAF). The AFTPS features amongst the handful of Test Pilot Schools in the world that produce Test Pilots and Flight Test Engineers who subsequently distinguish themselves in various Test Programmes.
