WEST PLAINS, Mo. – All nine graduates of the first class of the Terry L. "Bo" Pace Advanced Welding and Fabrication Program are employed, according to Sheila Barton, director of workforce development at Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP). West Plains, MO – Family and friends joined the Missouri State University Foundation and other university representatives Wednesday to announce a transformational gift and naming of the Terry L. "Bo" Pace Advanced Welding and Fabrication Technology Program on the Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) campus. The naming announcement was made at 1:30 pm in the building formerly known as the Broadway Building (218 West Broadway) which will also be named in honor of Terry "Bo" Pace, a local businessman and champion of the MSU-WP campus. This significant gift, which is part of the university's Onward-Upward Campaign, will allow the university to proceed with its renovations to the Broadway Building on the MSU-WP campus proper and permanently locate the welding lab there.
