NORTH CAROLINA – In a year filled with challenges and change, a little cheer goes a long way.

health care costs from doctors, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and device manufacturers, and we all need to get around the table and see what we can do to make health care more affordable for consumers. but terry, you know what the white house says to that, yes, health care costs are rising, but not at the same rate as the premium increases. in other words, the premium increases we re seeing far outpace the health care cost inflations, which are in the single digits. waddle your response be? that s right. there are two problems we have right now. one is the underlying increase in costs, but the other is the way the market works to encourage insurance companies to price individuals based on their own risk, to segment the market, to divide people up into separate pools. and what we need to do is change that dynamic. because what we re seeing is some consumers are getting 39% increases and others are getting less than 10%. the way to solve that problem is level the costs, bring e
