Henry County Court: Preliminary hearings for June 28 From staff reports Raymond Vitale, 28, of Kewanee, appeared in Henry County Court on Class 3 attempted felony burglary, and Class 4 possession of burglary tools. After testimony from KPD Sgt. Stephen Kijanowski, Judge Terry Patton found probable cause that a felony was committed. A pretrial hearing is set for July 15. Those waiving preliminary hearings include: Melcon L. DeJesus, 40, of Kewanee, on four charges of Class X felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under 13 years of age. Timothy L. Waugh, 46, of Kewanee, on a charge of Class 3 felony causing child endangerment/death. Nicole M. Holton, 26, of Galva, on charges of Class 1 felony residential burglary, Class 2 felony burglary, Class 3 attempted burglary, and two counts of Class 3 felony theft, between $500 and $10,000.
