By Journal Reporter These are three people from Salisbury who were fined for breaching lockdown rules last year. All of them appeared before Salisbury magistrates last November after being found outside without a reasonable excuse during the first lockdown.
Kelly Georgina Parker On April 16 last year, Parker, 43, of Randalls Croft Road, Wilton gathered at the car park on Culver Street. She was charged with participating in a gathering in public of more than two people during the coronavirus emergency period. Parker appeared in court last November. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a surchage of £34.
