the suspect they said was in a domestic disturbance prior to this happening, just minutes before. was not pursued because it had been first reported. they also said very definitively that they are not calling it a terrorist event. trace: they said in a couple times. they couldn t go out and investigate it because they were so busy with the tragedy of the parade. what they did say the first time is you bring up the five counts of intentional homicide. they said this was deliberate. he went through a police barrier at a very high rate of speed and when police tried to stop him he continued on. they didn t talk about if he targeted anybody. they didn t talk about the rate of speed, the distance that he went. we know the numbers of people that were affected by this, you see the video right there. it was a high rate of speed. there was no questions, no talk about if he was actually targeting certain groups or if he was randomly hitting people as he went through. he clearly fled the scene
