Northern Lights YMCA Executive Director Gary Nash and Bay College President Laura Coleman signed a new agreement Monday, February 15. Per the agreement, The YMCA will lease the M-TEC building from Bay College for $1 per year for 50 years. Bay College Board Trustee Dr. Terri T. Mileski presented Nash with a check Monday for $50 to cover the term of the lease.
