Probe finds no validity to harassment claims by ex-LCPS board member
UPDATE, July 8: An outside legal firm hired to investigate harassment claims made by a former Las Cruces Public Schools board member made “no finding of mismanagement or improper conduct.”
That s according to documents obtained by ABC-7 on Thursday after submitting a public records request to the school district.
Terrie Dallman made the allegations against her fellow board members in a resignation letter a month ago, prompting LCPS to hire legal counsel to examine whether there was any validity to her claims.
