Jordan Nicholson, 20, and Terrence Jacks, 33, kicked, stamped on and battered their victim with poles as he lay on the ground in Swindon town centre in the early hours of December 25, 2019. Jordan Nicholson, who despite only being 20 has almost 50 offences to his name, sent lyrics to the court addressing his life of violence – and had also written a letter direct to the judge.
