That vehicle kept going and it ended up in that small body of water t. Appears to be somesort of a pond. 4 people were inside of the car at the time. We do know that one of the people who was inside of the car they managed to get out of the car. That person helped call police. We do now that police arrived. They found that 3 people were still inside of the vehicle. Divers were called in. They rushed 3 people to the hospital. 2 of them we have learned have since been pronounced dead. Investigators were ting to talk to people in the area at the time to try to figure out what went wrong. We had witnesses on the scene scene. One of them happened to be the individual who was on theheembank embankment. So my investigators are speaking to him at length at this point. Its early in the investigation. Massive heavy duty tow truck that will be used to pull that vehicle out of the body of water water. We know that it is submerged on the other side of this tree line in the water. But police again c

Our victor o oquendo. The runner up to dancing with the stars was arrested last night in key west for misdemeanor battery. So this is void from the arresting officers body camera. You cant see too much because its very dark, but you can hear carter tell the officer his first name and try to elain what happened. Police say carter and another man Michael Papayans arrived at the hogs breath saloon and were denied service for being too intoxicated. Police say veo from the front street bar shows carter intentionally hitting a bouncer at the bar and papayans allegedly punched the manager. Both were booked into the key west jail. This is carters third arrest following a nightclub incident in 2002 and a doubleigits bust in 2005. Carter has a well known history of Substance Abuse that was even documented on a reality show abo his family. Now this afternoon, this is video of nick carter appearing before a judge.
