A teen already charged in three killings this year has been linked by police to a fourth – the October 2020 fatal shooting of a 19-year-old in South Fairmount.
The 14-year-old, whom The Enquirer is not naming because he is a juvenile, was charged with murder Wednesday in Hamilton County Juvenile Court in the killing of Davon Lipscomb.
Police also have charged 20-year-old Robert Allie with murder in Lipscomb s death, according to a news release from the Cincinnati Police Department s Homicide Unit.
The shooting happened Oct. 25 in the 2000 block of Bickel Avenue in South Fairmount. At approximately 7:35 p.m., police responded to a 911 call about a person shot.

Five people â the youngest a 14-year-old boy â were indicted Wednesday in connection to a shooting spree that claimed four lives between Jan. 31 and Feb. 18.
Two of the murders were for pay, prosecutors wrote in a news release announcing the indictments. Two were incidental â one friend of an intended target, one person they encountered on their way to a different confrontation.
The group faces a total of 79 charges, including 38 counts of murder and aggravated murder.
All five suspects, including the 14-year-old, could be sentenced to life imprisonment if convicted.
