It is with great sadness that the family of Judy Green announce her passing in Hospice on October 28, 2023 with her husband and daughter by her side. Judy was a hairdresser by trade but a stay at home Wife, Mom and Grandma by choice.
Back in 2019, the baby’s family was on the radar of the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The case was closed after an “undisclosed” period of time when caseworkers determined that the baby was being fed appropriately, and she was improving.
