Winds at the big key issue. We will see southeasterly winds throughout the afternoon and that is only at 5 10 miles an hour and it is enough to drive temperatures back into the 80s today. Got video in minutes ago of major damage in texas following a tornado. Dozens of homes are torn apart and two people are hurt. This is in hood county. Cell phone video shows this. More breaking news. A car mangled after firefighters say it slammed into a lynx bus. Sky 6 flew over the scene on curry ford road. Firefighters say they had to rip the roof off of the car to remove someone trapped inside. That person is expected to be okay. The investigation is ongoing tonight. Ginger also developing. On this tuesday, march 22. We checked weather and traffic every 10 minutes. Lets get over to meteorologist, brenda jargons and Severe Weather center nine. Holy temperatures, it is really cold out there. Grab that jacket you are going to need it this morning. We are looking at clear skies and calm her winds. Otherwise these 30s and 40s would feel like 20s and 30s. Remember, we see our coldest temperatures at sunrise, we still have a couple more hours of cooling to go. On top of the 20 degrees cooler we were yesterday, we added an additional 14 degrees of a cooldown as we head into this morning. It is a lot cooler out there, but the good news is the winds have died down, we are going to be warming things up nicely into the mid 70s inland and upper 60s almost 70s across the coastline. We spoke to one of those kids who says that several of his classmates began to cry today in class. After school, officials told them about the death of the 6yearold girl. They told everybody in kindergarten. She was in a classroom but she died. Reporter the 6yearold classmate of the little girl, seen in a photo posted by her family on social media, loved ones offering their condolences. What happened to the girl you said died . She had a gun and in her house and she got it and then she was playing with it. Reporter Sanford Police say the girl was killed after she picked up a loaded gun, underneath a living room sofa, accidentally firing a single shot, dying from her injuries at a nearby hospital.
