For the second time this year, North Lamar ISD trustees have sided with school administrators and voted to keep books some deem “inappropriate” in the school library.
The North Lamar ISD Board will meet at 6 this evening and consider a grievance filed by Teresa Bussell concerning books in the library. Trustees will also consider an appointment to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Trustee Jimmy Fendley. The board will meet in a closed executive session
