People looking to rent apartments in Seattle might want to act fast.
For the first time since the start of the pandemic, Seattle saw its rent prices go up month over month in February, according to the latest report from ApartmentList. In Seattle, rents increased by about 2% compared to the previous month.
Throughout the pandemic, rents in Seattle decreased by about 2.6% each month from April to December, the report said.
