Months before the 21-year-prison term of Sydney serial killer dubbed 'The Mutilator' is due to expire, the NSW Supreme Court has ordered Damien Anthony Peters to undergo a mandatory psychiatric and psychological examination. Peters was held guilty of murdering and dismembering the bodies of two of his ex boy friends.
