Teodoro "Teddy Boy" Locsin Jr. (File photo) MANILA - President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has named former Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro "Teddy Boy" Locsin Jr. as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Malacanang announced Sunday. Malacanang also released a copy of Locsin's appointment paper. "We confirm the appointment of Teodoro Lopez Locsin Jr. as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
