The Plateau Chapter of the Tennessee Trails Association’s (TTA) will conclude its 2024 speaker series educational program April 11 with a talk and slide show on mountain climbing in Nepal.
Friends of Dunbar Cave has been awarded an Evan Means Grant from Tennessee Trails Association to purchase more tools for a trail rerouting project at Dunbar Cave State Park.

The chartered objectives of the Tennessee Trails Association are to promote and develop a system of hiking trails in the state of Tennessee, to provide opportunities for the enjoyment of these trails, and to educate the membership and general public as to wise stewardship of trails and the outdoor areas through which they pass.
TTA also pledged to work with federal, state, and local agencies and other organizations and landowners for such promotion and development and to work for the conservation of natural resources.
