Body cam a video shows a sheriffs deputy putting twin toddlers wearing only diapers in the backseat of a child protective investigators car. They had to use what car seats left in the yard. Cpi had come to the home near dade city to check on the kids but deputies say the woman at the home would not let that happen. She came out of the house. She feels threatened and has to roll up the windows. The investigator stayed inside the car for deputies she walked down the driveway and locked the gate shut. We are dealing with a population that is very oftentimes unpredictable.
